Salary Range: $68,000 – $85,000/year (depending on experience)

Gerald Mele & Associates, Inc. (GMA) is looking for a motivated EIT to join our team in Fresno, CA. With over 8,000 successful projects completed since 1983, we continue to shape the Central Valley and beyond through thoughtful, practical, and innovative design.

About the Role:
We are seeking an entry level engineer/Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with and learn from experienced licensed engineers. You will collaborate closely with our staff engineers, architects, and clients/contractors to deliver quality structural solutions across a wide range of building types.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has already passed the FE exam and is considered an Engineer in Training (EIT)
• Wants to become a licensed structural engineer
• Communicates clearly and effectively
